Tips and Remedies to prevent or overcome diabetes

People do not even today know that this is a very serious disease, due to which there is a risk of death the most. Approximately 70% to 75% of the people in the country today are suffering from diabetes.


Remedies to prevent diabetes

You will be astonished the most to know that those people who have diabetes have no idea about the serious facts related to diabetes mellitus. They only know that the disease of diabetes is caused by eating sugar and it could be lowered by not eating sugar. The sugar occurs in our body when either the pancreas does not produce insulin properly in our body or the cells of our body are not able to respond to the produced insulin properly. It also affects many the ways of our eating habit. You must have also seen in many families that people take sugar medicine before eating food. People suffering from this disease may take insulin injections. If there is a slight mistake in injecting the insulin injections, or they do not eat food on time or if they do not take injections, then it can become the cause of their deadly health.


What are the symptoms of diabetes:

 • You may feel excess hunger and thirst

 • Having excessive urination

 • You always feeling tired

 • Much of weight gain or loss

 • Always a dry mouth

 • You are caught to infection easily

 • Eye problems or a blurred vision

 • Any wound on the body shall not heal quickly

 • Wound healing problem

 • Frequent candid infections in women

 • Having Excess sugar in the blood can damage your nerve cells. The person feels tingling in his/her hands and feet, and can feel the pain and burning in the hands and feet too. They may also feel numbness of hands and feet again and again.

 • In diabetes, a person's ability to fight infection adversely weakens, which increases the risk of gum infection and thus weakening of the gums can lead to loose teeth. There is also a risk of bad breath from the mouth.


In total there are 3 types of diabetes, but most people suffers from type 2 diabetes and from either high blood sugar or low blood sugar. There is no one or perfect medicine for the disease. The medicine that is given is to control your insulin. You can also low blood sugar from this disease by applying some easy home remedies. You will not have to take any medicine for this.


Home Remedies to follow to control your diabetes:


1. Grind 6 bel leaves, 6 neem leaves, 6 basil leaves, 6 green leaves of brinjaliya, 3 whole black peppercorns. Taking it on an empty stomach, with water, can control your diabetes. Do remember that you should not eat anything for at least half an hour after drinking it.


 2. Amla:- Control of diabetes can be found by mixing 10 mg gooseberry juice with 2 grams turmeric powder and taking it. Take this solution twice a day.


 3. Tulsi:- Anti-oxidant, antibiotic, antibacterial, antiaging, antifungal properties are found in the leaves of basil. From which eigenol, methyl ezinol and caryophyllene are formed. All these elements together help the cells that store and release insulin to function properly. Apart from this, many such elements are found in basil leaves that make pancreatic beta cells active to insulin. These cells increase the secretion of insulin in the body. In the morning, chew two to three basil leaves on an empty stomach, or if you want, you can also drink basil juice. This will bring your blood sugar under control.  Along with the consumption of basil, if you are taking medicines, then take care and consult a doctor. Because it works to reduce sugar fast.


 4. Wash some Amaltas leaves and extract their juice. Drinking one-fourth cup of it every morning on an empty stomach is beneficial in the treatment of sugar.


 5. High amounts of polyphenols are found in green tea. It is an active anti-oxidant. Which is helpful in controlling blood sugar. Drinking green tea every morning and evening will be beneficial.


 6. Consume fennel regularly after meals. Eating fennel every day keeps diabetes under control. Along with adopting these home remedies, diabetes patients should take special care of abstinence.


 7. Jamun:- Eating jamun with black salt in the season of jamun is helpful in reducing the disease of diabetes. Apart from this, dry the kernels of berries and grind them to make powder and taking 2 -2 spoons with lukewarm water in the morning and evening will be very beneficial in diabetes disease.


 8. Drumstick :- Drumstick which is also known by most of the people as Drumsticks. It is used in the cuisine of South India, as well as in Ayurvedic medicines. Consumption of drumstick pods and or the juice of drumstick leaves is also helpful in reducing the problem of diabetes.


 9. Eat a turnip daily as a salad or as a vegetable. Consumption of turnip is very beneficial during the treatment of sugar.


 10. Diabetes can be reduced by taking flaxseed powder with hot water every morning on an empty stomach. Fiber is found in abundance in flaxseed, due to which it helps in proper absorption of fat and sugar. Do you know that Flaxseeds reduce the percentage of after-meal sugar in diabetic patients by almost 28 percent.


11. Bitter gourd juice:- Consuming bitter gourd juice daily in the morning or consuming bitter gourd vegetable also works to control the disease of diabetes.


 12. Put fenugreek seeds in a glass of water before you go to bed at night time. Drink this water in an empty stomach in the morning time and do always chew on fenugreek seeds. By consuming it regularly, diabetes remains under control.


 13. Aloe vera:- Mixing aloe vera juice in gooseberry juice and taking it in the morning also provides great benefit in diabetes.


 14. If you want to keep the rising level of sugar in the blood to low, use one gram of cinnamon in your daily diet for a month. You must always use cinnamon as a home medicine for sugar in your daily diet.


 15. The use of mango leaves is also very good to reduce the level of sugar. Soak 10-15 mango leaves in 1 glass of water overnight and consume that water in the morning. It proves helpful in reducing diabetes.


When do you need to go to the doctors :- When going to the doctor, he recommends a test and prescribes treatment only after the report comes. Keep in mind that never take sugar medicine without consulting a doctor. It can be injurious to health.


There are two tests of diabetes, one fasting i.e. empty stomach and one after eating a cup.  In the post-meal sugar test, if the amount of sugar is increased, then a lot of attention is paid to the fasting test. If there is more sugar in the fasting test then it is a serious matter.


You need a lot of consultation from the doctors and there is a need to pay more attention to your health. Also you need to be very careful about your diet. But if your fasting sugar comes below normal or less then you do not need to worry too much. You just need to have some control over your diet. Keep getting your health check-up done from time to time.  Especially during pregnancy and after the age of 40, keep your health check-up regularly.


Note: - Avoid eating foods like potato, rice, sugarcane, banana, mango, chikoo, pomegranate, orange. They contain a high amount of glucose. If you use sugar free liquids and tablets available in the markets to make things sweet, then take them in very limited quantity.  Its consumption for a long time and in large quantities can also cause deterioration of health. Along with this, you must take the advice of the doctor regarding your diet. Your slight carelessness and a slight lapse of food can become the reason for your death.
